Natural surfactants are compounds of various chemical structures &#8211; low molecular weight &#8211; glycolipids, lipopeptides and cyclic peptides or high molecular weight &#8211; e.g. lipopolysaccharides, biopolymer complexes and lipoproteins. An example of such a compound can be b-lactoglobulin (protein) or saponin (glycoside). On the other hand, synthetic biosurfactants include n-dodecyl ethylarginate (LAE), a compound with surface and microbicidal properties. LAE, when ingested, hydrolyses to safe substrates (n-dodecanol and arginate), and therefore is approved for use as a food preservative and as an ingredient in cosmetic products.<br \/>\nAs nano-particles we use mineral and organic colloidal particles, callas like colloidal silica or nanocellulose.<br \/>\nOur basic goal is to determine the influence of interactions between various components of the solution on the surface (adsorption) properties of tested mixtures as well as on the stability and rheological properties of thin foam films, foams and emulsions. In our research, we also determine the impact of environmental (as  pH and ionic strength) on the physicochemical parameters of the adsorption layer and the foam ability and stability.<br \/>\nOur research is interdisciplinary and is carried out in cooperation with research groups from:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>dr. habil.
